Dayton Chapter History<\/h1>\n

Founding members include William \u201cBill\u201d Brooks (Deceased), Barbara Bostick, Michael Penn, Alphonso Spence and Frank West.<\/p>\n

The chapter was incorporated in 1989 and has a history of providing its members with professional development, networking and career opportunities. In addition to services for its members, the chapter has awarded academic scholarships and supported many Dayton area community activities.
