Our comprehensive 9-month Leaders of Tomorrow\u00ae (LOT) Program combines virtual, face-to-face, and event-based experiential learning, providing students with a well-rounded experience that prepares them for success. Covering essential topics such as STEM, leadership, career readiness, and financial literacy, participants engage in interactive workshops and networking opportunities with industry leaders, building confidence and meaningful connections. Our mission is clear: to help LOT students secure spots in top colleges while preparing them for successful careers in business and beyond. As a culminating event for the Leaders of Tomorrow\u00ae program year, the NBMBAA\u2019s National Headquarters hosts local chapters at a 4-day youth leadership development training program. Elements of the conference include breakout sessions, guest speakers, college tours and HBCU off-site excursions , business case competitions, a Blue Blazer ceremony, and other enriching social activities.<\/p>\n
